This is my most transformational, intimate, and empowering program offered. We work together to develop and align the head, heart, and body (and all the parts in-between) to empower you to reconnect to your inner knowing and strength so you may reach your goals and/or make the changes in your life you have been seeking. We will work with the Enneagram by learning the theory and applying it to your unique & real life for even deeper transformation and empowerment! This program is great for those looking to deepen their growth and development journey. This is also a great program for professionals looking to deepen their leadership development work.

The Enneagram & You: An Introduction to the Enneagram
This short training & mini-coaching program helps introduce you to the Enneagram model - an archetypal framework that offers in-depth insight into unconscious motivations that can drive our behaviors. This introductory program is designed to start to help uncover your Enneagram type and start your path toward personal empowerment and transformation. As your coach, I help take the Enneagram model out of theory and apply it to your real & unique life.
Includes:
Your personal Enneagram assessment ($120 value) and detailed report
Enneagram 101 - overview of the Enneagram model
Three biweekly teaching sessions (60 mins) to unpack & explore your report, along with coaching to start to see how your type is showing up in your actual life
Developmental practice to start understanding how to use the Enneagram for personal development
Additional deeper coaching sessions can be added a la carte for deeper development as needed
Empowering Relationships: Couples Enneagram Coaching
This couples coaching program is a celebration of two individuals in a relationship. Using the Enneagram as the basis of this program, we honor what each partner brings to the relationship, with their strengths and differences, and identify areas within the relationship that might need a little more TLC or development. Like with individual development, the relationship between two people becomes its own thing. A relationship needs the same time, care, and attention as an individual person needs to ensure it grows healthy with longevity. No matter how long you two have been together, this program will help open up and strengthen communication, provide a framework to work through conflict and ease tension, and provide tools & practices to help each partner support the other in a healthy manner.

Customized coaching program, co-created together with you both. The number of individual & couple sessions is tailored to fit the couple’s needs and desires.

Developmental activities/assignments and couples’ practices to work on in-between sessions-allowing you both to start observing your Enneagram types in action within the relationship and how to leverage your types’ strengths and gifts together
Enneagram Team Development Workshops
The Enneagram model is a powerful tool to use with teams. It can improve the team’s working relationships and productivity by digging deeper into understanding the individual and group motivations behind behaviors. Using the Enneagram model, we can help your team take things to the next level while improving their communication with each other, reducing judgment and criticism. It offers a framework for better understanding conflict and tension within the team, improving communication, and embracing the differences and strengths each team member brings to the overall team.

Team Development Workshop (typically a 2-day workshop*)
